Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product, AI, and frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Define and implement security and data protection best practices.
• Contribute to system architecture and long-term technical strategy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven expertise in system architecture and building scalable platforms.
• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and security principles.
• Leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and inspire others.
